Production- Making Plans

I've been one or maybe two steps ahead of everyone for a while. Since December, I've already filmed the clips needed for my final task. To be honest, I've been lazy and I've been avoiding editing them. I kind of want to leave that until the beginning of March. This is because by that time I will have finished all of my blogs. Anyway, the process of making plans for filming was relatively easy. I knew I was going to meet up with my best friends from elementary and have a sleepover for Christmas. I decided to take advantage of this and asked them if they'd help me with my final task. Because they're my best friends, of course they said yes. We did this specifically on December 16th, and waited until sunset was nearing. I wanted the lighting to be just a little dark but not to the point where you couldn't see anything at all. Once the time was right we set out to film my final task. It was really fun, a lot more than I thought it would be. Up until that point I had viewed it as a huge burden that determines my future in this class. It really does feel good to have it basically done and only having to edit it. Now, I don't even have to worry about filming, because it's been done for nearly 2 months. My friends served as the actors, and I'm basically everything else. Im the director, editor, producer, you name it. Hopefully the Cambridge people don't mind that the project is a little outdated in terms of seasons, because there are plenty of Christmas decorations involved. It's never too late I guess.
