Short film research: The Boy Who Cheated Death

a. Common Sound in your genre
    -moments with eerie music
    -a lot of diegetic sound
    -sometimes no dialogue
b. Common Mis-En-Scene (CLAMPS) in your genre
-use of camera angles to show emotion
    -sound, music and dialogue
    -lighting and setting
c. Common Editing in your genre
-from what I noticed, the editing in a lot of these dramas are somewhat minimal. This could be to preserve the raw emotion that is already conveyed by the acting itself
d. Example films of your genre
    -I Saw the TV Glow
    -The Godfather
    -The Boy in Striped Pajamas
e. What elements of the genre that you like?
-I really like how dramas tend to have a rising point where things get tense
    -Subtle elements of suspense
f. What elements of the genre do not appeal to you?
-too much quietness or too much chaos
