Production Blog- Filming date

 There’s only 12 days left until the final task is due. I’m really stressed, because not only do we have to organize a filming date, we have to sit down and edit things. We haven’t even planned how we’re gonna do the titles or whatever. I mean, I’m supposed to take care of that either way. I’ll just figure it out as I go along. The thing is though, I don’t like doing things with little time to do them. Maybe it’s my fault though, because we could’ve started filming way earlier. However, this just wasn’t possible. Both of us have extremely busy schedules that don’t match up most of the time. Saturdays, I’m busy because I volunteer at the animal shelter from 12-3. Although, I am free after that. The problem is that I just have a lot of work to do from my classes. I’ll spend hours a day doing homework. That’s how demanding these classes are. It really sucks because it just adds on so much unnecessary stress. All these deadlines really do get to me, and I can’t stand it. Junior year makes me want to drop out so bad. Oh and don’t even get me started on the SAT. I’m so anxious for it, I need to get a 1350 or higher to qualify for 100% bright futures. I don’t know if I can do it, it just seems way too hard. The math is my total weakness, I hope I can max out my reading points and get like 650 on math at least. Anyway, once we figure out a filming date I’ll update again.

 My script doesn't have much dialogue whatsoever. It actually only has two lines where the characters speak. The point of the lack of speech in the script is to create a sense of mystery and suspense. I want whoever is watching to be confused as to what's happening. Our Pitch

 Pitch 1: Long lost twins find each other after being switched up at birth Pitch 2: Millionaire leaves his wife for someone else under the assumption that she's poor, but she turns out to be the richest person in the world I probably wouldn't be interested in doing the first plot. This is because it's super basic, just very cliche. To be honest, me and my partner haven't had the chance to discuss anything. We just agreed to come up with random plots then mutually agree on one. But the first plot I definitely wouldn't pick, only because of how unoriginal it is. Pitch 2 is more interesting to me personally, so I would most likely pick this one. These kinds of dramas are also common, but they're just way more entertaining. It's also really enjoyable, and with the right technique, you can make it more unique than other dramas. The inspiration for me choosing this pitch came from those webtoons and the short story video apps. I actually like this one a lot more, ...
